Upgrading to VBulletin and New Rank

If we keep getting new active users, we will be able to buy VBulletin and possibly a VPS for the server. So tell your friends about the site and make sure you tell them to be active.

Also, there will be a new rank for those users whom recruit members. The ranks will be:

1. Rank 1: Recruiter: Recruit 5 Active Members
   
2. Rank 2: Promoter: Recruit 15 Active Members
   
3. Rank 3: Elite Recruiter: Recruit 25 Active Members
   
4. Rank 4: Elite Promoter: Recruit 50 Active Members
   
5. Rank 5: Superior Elite: Recruit 100 Active Members
